Casita del Mar is a 4-bedroom Villa located 5 minutes from Red Hook that's full of restaurants, shopping, and bars. Catch the water taxi to St. John or charter a day trip on the water. Or just relax by the pool and look out to sea for sea turtles and whales from the expansive deck. Our views of the ocean are second to none. Soak in the sun while listening to the sounds of the ocean against the shore. Very tastefully decorated with items from around the world. Our sunsets are a breath-taking experience every afternoon. Located in an excellent neighborhood with end of the street privacy along with off street parking. The villa is all yours to enjoy, so don't go home with any tan lines. Everybody loves the turtles and crab in pool that is 30'X15'. Fully equipped with all the items you would expect at home. Decorated with many pieces of art from local artist Jonna White. You will make lasting memories here that will bring you back time and again. There is no place like the Virgin Islands.

The property was very clean and well maintained and was stocked with everything we could need. The views are amazing!That’s being said, we lost power several nights and briefly on the day of check out. Although power outages from the local utility can be an issue in the islands, having a backup generator that doesn’t start on its own should not be. The generator’s transfer switch was not operating which meant there was a manual start required by us each time the power went out as well as turning it off once power came back on. Starting the generator itself was also tricky. The owner was really responsive when these issues happened, but properly operating power should not be an issue with VRBO rentals, particularly in this price range.

Nice quiet location with beautiful views. The pictures do no capture how big the house and excellent the views are. Pool was great and the house was well stocked. Definitely check out secret harbor beach a few minute walk away. The island does frequently lose power but the house has a generator. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing. The view, the privacy, the beach are all exactly what we hoped for. The beach is a 7-10 minute walk. It is a steep walk down but we were able to drive people down and drop them off when couldn't walk. We tried another beach and only stayed a couple hours because secret harbour was way less crowded and calmer water. Couldn't wait to get back. The house was extremely clean. Host was very helpful. Location was close to everything we needed. We would choose to stay here again vs trying anywhere else on the island.

This will always be known as the East Coast Blizzard escape trip of 2026. The house was wonderful. Clean, well appointed, fantastic views! We cannot say enough about our host Christopher who was able to get guests in a day early to escape NYC blizzard. Great location, close to Red Hook, easy to get around.Also great recommendations for our driver, Edwin, and restaurants in the area. All in all a 5 star trip.

Seven of us spent an amazing week at Casa Del Mar while in St Thomas for a wedding. The host, Christopher, was very responsive both before and during our stay. The view was indeed stunning and the property was exceptionally clean and welcoming. We cooked in the kitchen, partied in the living room, and relaxed in the pool. It felt like a home away from home down to every detail.

This is an awesome house with beautiful artwork, stunning views and a great host. Four bedrooms with 3 kings and a queen. The bedroom by pool is a separate suite with kitchenette, absolutely perfect if a couple or person wants a little privacy/independence; although the common areas are plenty big to accommodate all.

Bucket list trip of a lifetime

We stayed here for 2 nights before a 5 day BVI catamaran tour and 1 night after. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Location near Secret Harbor was ideal. Would definitely stay again if back in St Thomas!

A Real Caribbean Treat

Very difficult to find. Had to hire a cab and follow in our rental car. Google maps are not accurate on St. Thomas. Need detail directions. "But worth the effort to find." Gorgeous water views, well furnished, one of the best VRBO I have ever rented. Would definitely rent again.
