When you arrive, you'll open the door to relaxation with sweeping views of the beach, Buck Island and a peekaboo view of St. Croix. Head to the water for snorkeling, fine dining or fish tacos and beer on the water. This large 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is located in a private resort between the Ritz Carlton and the Elysian, and is a short ride to Red Hook and American Yacht Harbor, where you can dine or meet your captain for a day sail/charter!

Walk down to the beach where you can enjoy the complimentary lounge chairs and palapa, rent snorkel gear and watercraft, enjoy casual food and drinks at Sangria's, partake in fine dining at the Caribbean Fish Market, and enjoy the members only swimming pool. We have water toys for the kids and young at heart. Take a day trip to St. John, a quick ride to Secret Harbor or Sapphire Beach; the world is your oyster on St. Thomas.

Cowpet Bay East has 2 levels... first floor and second floor, this condo is on the 2nd floor. The main floor has two queen bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room (full size washer/dryer), family room and patio. The spacious primary king suite is upstairs with its own bathroom, walk in closet and private patio.

Cowpet Bay East overall layout is a row of condos down by the water and a row up on the hill, this condo is on the hill, roughly 250 steps to the beach.

Enjoy either of the convenient restaurants on property, including Sangria's Beachside Bistro, which is NOW OPEN daily 7 am - 6 pm (except Sundays) and 6 pm - 8 pm for pizzas only. The newly renovated beach/pool bar has finally reopened to serve you refreshing cold beverages throughout the day 11 am - 5 pm! Then there's the highly recommended, finer dining restaurant the resort has to offer, Caribbean Fish Market (aka "CFM" per the locals!), known for its mouth watering seafood dishes, open for dinner nightly, as well as for Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary's!

If you choose to leave the resort, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, bars, restaurants, Ferry to St. John, postal service, and medical center.

Please NOTE the nightly rate is based on 6 guests, additional guests are $35/night per person, maximum of 8 guests (no more than 6 adults). Discounts offered and always changing, except on Holiday weeks!! No third party rentals permitted at anytime.
