This was a perfect fit four our family with 2 teenage girls. Bed and pull-out were comfortable. Unit was clean. The view was the highlight. As soon as you walk in the door, the view is breathtaking. The beach directly in front of the unit has had some erosion and is very rocky, however the nice sandy beach is a 1 minute walk. This end of the complex is nice and quite, away from the activity of the sand volleyball or pool. We loved the quiet and were very glad we were on this end. We would stay in this unit again, without a doubt.

Falling asleep to the ocean was the best! We came from cold and snow back home, so off went the A/C and we enjoyed the screened doors. What a quiet place, even with all the units rented, the crowd there is very respectful of the noise levels. We enjoyed eating out on the large patio. There was stuff there for younger kids if needed, we had our teen son with us. We had plenty of room for the 3 of us. There were plenty of towels. The beach towels were awesome. We actually swam in the resort pool multiple times a day. It is not heated, so, it is a bit shocking at first, but we got used to it pretty fast. The unit is by the marina if you do any of the water activities advertised it is less than a minute walk. We loved the little lizards and occassional iguana on the property. I took a short walk on the beach to the resort next to this where there was a (salt?) pond. There were some beautiful birds there. The property was in a great location, within minutes of Red Hook or lots of other options in any direction. A little over 20 min from the airport. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay here was perfect! Luxurious, convenient, and cozy. Great location, steps from a beautiful pool with gorgeous ocean and mountain views. Steps from the beach, bars, restaurants. HIGHLY recommend. Welcoming host with great communication and absolutely no issues!

Great place to stay on the ground level, walk right out the door and just steps away from the beautiful beach. We enjoyed both swimming and as snorkeling in our cove. A must do is a day trip on salt water taffy, a local boat that will bring you out snorkeling for the day. The condo was well stocked and have everything we needed. We’ll be back, thanks for the great stay!

Easy to book. Victoria is super responsive. Unit was clean and has everything you need. Great location for kids, close to the pool and good distance from the beach bar and activities. We chose not to rent a car because we took day trips from sapphire. You will need to cab it but it took the stress away with kiddos and what not. Would 100 percent book again.

Absolutely perfect. I'm a solo traveller, prefer a safe, clean space as close to ocean front as possible. I viewed several booked one that was awful and Victoria communicated so fast she rescued me from a disaster condo. View is St John Island. Sapphire beach is perfect sunbathing, sargassum not bad, crew does daily clean up. Great burgers and pie, drinks are strong and full moon party is amazing

Beautiful property. Well equipped unit. Perfect being right on beach. Helpful having beach chairs and floats. Plenty of beach towels. Beautiful furnishings and decorations. Highly recommend.

Perfect vacation spot!

Everything was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed and a very comfortable bed. Great communication from the owner. We love the area. There are plenty of things to do and you can't beat having the beach practically right outside your door. We had a fabulous trip and we will be back!

Lots of amenities without the resort fuss

We really enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Beach resort. It was laid back but had amenities like a pool, several restaurants and a beautiful beach. It was amazing to sit on the patio and have the ocean steps away. It is a great location because it’s quiet, yet was a short walk to the excitement of the pool, bar, pizza restaurant, taxi stand, etc. Taxis are expensive (6 per person each way to RH) but it would be really dangerous to walk to Red Hook especially at night and parking in RH can be tough if you try to drive. I would recommend staying here for sure. The couch bed is a little warn and creaks a lot, I wouldn’t suggest it for an adult. Overall we really enjoyed the place and the host was extremely responsive.

Paradise!

My fiancé and I had the best time. Being able to walk out from the condo onto the beach, with panoramic views of the sea, was breath taking. It felt surreal! The place had everything we could need, and was very clean! We will definitely be coming back

Steps to Beach

The condo itself could not be closer to the beach. Walking distance to Sapphire Beach, restaurants, and coffee shops. The area itself wasn’t our favorite- a little run down, but it was a quick cab ride to the ferry to get to St John’s. If you’re looking for an affordable beach front, no frills this is great for you.

Outstanding view!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay! The property was comfortable and convenient to Red Hook. The property manager was very communicative and took care of any issues we had. The view was absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed having breakfast on the patio. Check out Duffy’s in Red Hook and take the car ferry over to St. John!

Nice clean property

The unit is as described, clean, neat, everything you need. The Sapphire property itself needs some TLC, the former bar area near the pool is an eyesore and the seating needs to be upgraded. There was a bloom of sargassum seaweed in this area so that was a bit disappointing but of course can't be controlled.

Perfect choice Perfect location!

Highly recommend this unit, and the amazing host. Victoria was informative, responsive, and allowed us to check in a litttle eary due to early flight. Her rental was just what we needed for only a few days. Although the unit is a little walk (not long tho) from the main beaches and bars, it's what we preferred, due to the lack of traffic, hustle n bustle. Also, the pool was a few steps away. Will stay here again!

Georgous unit...We'll be back!

What a lovely unit! Quiet side of the resort. And an easy pleasant stroll to beautiful Sapphire beach and the coffee shop and bar. Soooo convenient to Red Hook and the ferries. Million dollar views of St. John and the BVIs...you can easily lose hours on the patio watching the sail boats pass by and the ever changing colors. We plan to be back asap!
