It is a very nice hotel to stay at. This is the hotel I stay in when I’m traveling up to NJ. I’ve stayed at this Stafford/Quantico Hotel Inn Express since it’s opened. There is one exception and the only incident is when I was leaving to hotel to continue to NJ there was a receptionist (I will not share the name) who said “did I enjoyed my stay”, I told her there were a few things in my room that I would mention to the corporate office in my review. She was insist that I tell her. There were other people behind me and I didn’t want them to wait and hear what I would say, but that was not good enough for her, she was loud and yelling across the hotel lobby as I walked away. I did not want to get into a “Karen situation”. I don’t think I’ve received a survey from HIE yet. But when I do I will be more specific on the details. This incident doesn’t warrant me from not staying at this hotel again. I’ve enjoyed my stays. It is a quick on and off Interstate 95. Lots of restaurants around and shopping right across the way.

The check in was very long. The front desk lady who was very friendly was also extremely slow. Then the room we had booked wasn’t available. They did upgrade us instead while we appreciated. The room was large and clean. Another hotel run by what appears to be Indians who have a strong accent.
