There were no amenities whatsoever such as morning, coffee, or even an option for a hotel restaurant to obtain food. The pool was in a dangerous condition. The floor around the pool was very slippery. Some of the machines in the arcade did not work. The room was cleaned daily. This hotel would be fine for people just spending a night but not good for families.

I have been traveling to Stamford every other week for two years. I’ve stayed at many area hotels, the Hampton Inn, The Stamford, A Marriott, the Hyatt in Greenwich and they were all fine. But the Armon is the best. The rooms are quite large, the bedding is exceptionally comfortable, and it is so quiet. I wish they had some food option, even some fresh fruit at reception. But the location is so convenient that food is easily accessible

We were disappointed with our stay at The Armon in Stamford. The hot water took nearly five minutes to become lukewarm, we found dirty tissues under the sink, the Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room (4080), and the TV guide was useless with only a few channels functioning. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not up to basic hospitality standards.

The place has alot of potential but restaurant not open is a huge factor especially for the price i paid for a suite did not even include complimentary water some of the facilities like the steam room was dirty and the hot tube was broken no towels at the pool also a huge turn off until they improve some things i will not return nor recommend this hotel to anyone

I was disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The entire property feels extremely dated, from the decor to the amenities. The hallways had a persistent unpleasant smell, which was noticeable every time I walked through. Inside the room, things weren't much better—there were stains on the bed and walls, which made the space feel unclean and poorly maintained. The walls are paper-thin, so I could hear everything happening in neighboring rooms, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. To top it off, the parking payment machine was broken when I tried to leave, which caused a frustrating delay. Overall, this hotel needs significant updates and better maintenance. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

The vibe was sketchy

I had to have my room changed as the tv wouldn't turn on. Later that evening the tv in the second room stopped working. Also the rooms had a very different set of toiletries???. The parking deck had a pretty low clearance. The truck went under the clearance bar but scrapped going over a speed bump. I think the restaurant was closed. It didn't look open. Also has rooms thatface into the inside so view is the other rooms/lobby. I felt a lack of privacy.

Such a great place, the main floor had a beautiful large space with different sitting options. Plenty of parking . Everyone was kind and pleasant. Pablo at front desk was very helpful and very nice among others . We stayed for 4 nights and will definitely do it again
