The property is great. Cozy. Family friendly. Good location. A lot of stairs to the property so if you are not stair friendly, this is not a place for you. We were fine with it. Property management was very responsive when we had an issue with loud construction. We looked forward to QUIET time to rest out of the city and sadly the inconsiderate people upstairs thought it was appropriate to work until 11pm and start again at 5am on a weekend. Unbelievable. Hope this stops soon and doesn't affect anyone else. This was no fault of the property management so not faulting them. Just wished we got the peace and quiet we paid for. We would return here again for our 3x a year visits to Tahoe if ensured this was a one off experience.
