The open concept layout flows effortlessly into the gourmet kitchen, boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range with a hood, and a secondary gas burning stove fireplace. When it's time to dine, the dining area seats up to eight, and the spacious breakfast bar hosts seating for up to nine. Beyond the dining area, a reading nook leads out to the expansive deck. Parking: There is room for one compact car in the garage & three in the driveway. There is a steep driveway and/or access roads to this home that require 4WD in the winter. Please do not block parking/driveway access for any of the neighboring homes.
