The spacious living room is perfect for movie nights with your guests; the gas fireplace will keep everyone nice and warm while the TV will provide all the entertainment. The convenience of an on-site washer/dryer will make packing an easy task - there's no need to pack unnecessary clothing when you have this great perk at home. Enjoy amenities such as an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, dry sauna, BBQ area with tables, fitness center, and a conference room, perfect for meetings, family reunions, and ski groups!

The Phoenix at Steamboat is within walking distance to the Steamboat Gondola, Steamboat Snow School, Kids Vacation Center, and several area shops and restaurants. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
