Timberline Lodge at Trappeur’s Crossing Resort & Spa is located just one and a half blocks from the base of Steamboat Ski Resort; there's even a paved walkway that takes you directly from the building to the gondola, and to dining, shopping, and nightlife all along the new base area promenade.
This complex has many wonderful amenities, including outdoor and indoor heated pools, multiple hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness facility, an outdoor fire ring, an outdoor kitchen area with grills, and a heated underground parking garage - so you don’t have to worry about cleaning the snow off your car. There's also a private shuttle that can take you back and forth from the base of the ski resort, to the grocery store, and to downtown Steamboat Springs for shopping and dining later in the evening. You can definitely get away without a rental car when staying in this location!
This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo welcomes you into a living room with a large gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and a leather couch and chair. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal for family and friends, and the dining table expands to seat up to eight guests. There are also three barstools available. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and an attached full bathroom with dual sinks. The second bedroom offers a queen bed while the third bedroom has twin bunks. There's also a washer/dryer in the condo and a separate ski storage locker at the entry to the building. It's a fantastic option for families who want all the conveniences and amenities of a resort property in an unbeatable location a short walk from the ski resort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
