Holiday Home 'Almrausch' with Lake View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

At Landhaus Almrausch in Bodensdorf, Carinthia, you will find a charming 118 m² holiday home for up to 6 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (shower/WC). The open living and dining area includes a fireplace, a seating area, and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, kettle, filter coffee machine, capsule coffee machine, spice cabinet, milk frother, hand blender, and mixer. Large windows provide plenty of light and stunning views of the mountains and lake. You have access to private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and self check-in. Shower towels and bed linen are provided; please bring your own lake towels.



Enjoy spacious terraces on two sides of the house and a private garden—perfect for families with children. Outside, you will find two loungers, a cozy lounge area with a dining table, and a small bistro table with two chairs, each offering wonderful views of the Ossiacher Tauern and Lake Ossiach. The large terrace roof shelters the lounge area from sun and rain while you enjoy the mountain and lake views.



A private parking space with carport (2 spaces) is available. Pets are allowed upon request. Events are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am and midday quiet from 12 pm to 2 pm. Smoking indoors is not allowed, and waste separation is required.



Lake Ossiach, the train station, and bus stop are about 1 km away. Bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets are also around 1 km, ski lifts about 7 km. In summer, enjoy swimming, hiking, cycling, SUP, boat tours, water skiing, paragliding, and golf. In winter, there is skiing, snowboarding, sledding, ice skating, and Christmas markets. The hosts live on site but not in the holiday home.
