The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the dining area. A bathroom with shower and toilet facilities is also located on this level. The top floor houses two bedrooms - one with a French bed and another with two separate beds.

Your comfort is ensured with both electric and solar energy heating systems, complemented by a 50-litre boiler. The house comes fully equipped with air conditioning, a barbecue, dishwasher, microwave, television with a flat screen, and a hi-fi system. The kitchen features a 2-ceramic glass hob and an electric coffee machine. Internet connectivity is provided through WiFi. The property can accommodate up to 6 guests and includes one bathroom. Pets are welcome, with a limit of one dog allowed.
