***Check out is at 10 AM. Any guests in house after 10:15 am without prior approval will be charged $75/hour for every hour they remain in the house past the checkout time.

1- Please be courteous and respectful to our neighbors and avoid loud outside noise from 10pm-8am (No parties)
2-Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Any lingering odor of smoke or marijuana after checkout will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee. If smoking outside please pick up all cigarette butts.
3- All trash MUST be in a trash bag prior to putting it in the trash bin.
4-To protect the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors, and guests are responsible for picking up and bagging all pet waste. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated.
5-Hot tub- one baggie of clarifier must be added to the hot tub at the end of each day that the hot tub was used. Just add one baggie and turn the jets on and secure the lid. The clarifier is located inside the garage in a black bin under the Route 66 sign. (THIS IS NOT A SUGGESTION!! IF THE HOT TUB IS USED IT MUST BE ADDED)
6-Please shower before using the hot tub. (Sunscreen and tanning lotions need to be removed prior to getting in)
7- Do not use the hot tub if you have had a spray tan within the past 3 weeks.
8- When the hot tub is not in use the lid should be replaced immediately.
9-No glass inside the hot tub
10-Failure to adhere to the hot tub rules will result in a $250 fee.
11-The refrigerator located in the garage is not available for guest use.
12-The vintage Coca-Cola machine in the garage is not permitted for guest use.
13-Please use caution when carrying luggage up and down the stairs to avoid damaging the stair treads and walls. Any damage to the stairs will result in additional repair fees.
