I've never stayed at Amer Best before, I will never do so again. I know this is a budget motel, and I had doubts before arrival. Prices were crazy because of the concert weekend, so this was the choice I made. The beds were a joke!! Smell of smoke, few bugs, noisy, toilet continuously running, so many things... If my husband wasn't with me, I definitely would not have stayed there, I didn't trust the lock on the door! I feel terrible about taking my family to this place. Staff was friendly but no thanks!!

We paid $300 for a room that was so dirty. Floors were caked with dirt. The bed had multiple hairs on the sheets. Would not recommend.

Only as a last resort!!!

The first issue was our door would not open. The hotel manager came to look at it and basically said we would just have to push it open to get in. The key would work, but the door would stick. Thankfully my daughter was strong enough to slam herself against the door to get it open. The outside of the hotel was not clean. Trash was all over the ground. The hotel is basically an apartment complex and not a hotel. Lots of strange people roaming around the lot and on the balconies. The outlets either don't work or won't hold a cord when plugged in. The flooring in the bathroom was not attached to the ground. Same with the shower. The walls and baseboards looked like they had never been cleaned. If we had other options, we would have checked out. However, nothing else was available in town. On a positive note, our beds were comfortable, but we definitely did not feel safe nor did we feel that the rooms were clean.

Sleaziest Hotel ever!!!

The water trickled out of the shower head, I could not even take a real shower. Every morning I was there there were cockroaches around the toilet. Water faucet in bathroom sprayed water everywhere no matter how low the flow was on. Non of he electrical receptacles would hold my phone charger as it just fell out and even if held in place it would not charge as no electrical connection was made. Electrical receptacles are cheap and so are shower heads. This hotel made Motel 8 look upscale. I will NEVER again stay at an Americas Best Value Inn.
