Immaculate accommodation, exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Good coffee pod machine with fresh milk which was a nice touch. Good shower and toiletries. Very centrally located to all amenities, including shops and train/bus stations. Cheap car parking for £3.50/day at the train station. Only slight niggles were strange clicking noises coming from fridge and would have liked an earlier check in time. Aside from that, we very much enjoyed our stay.
Fantastic spot! Rooms are huge and clean, great location with lots of local pubs, shops and restaurants .

We arrived about 5 pm (check-in was 4) and had to park in a loading bay since we hadn't received any instructions. I believe this was Hotel.com's fault but am not sure. The room was adequate but did not have the facilities I would expect from an aparthotel such as clothes washing facilities.
We paid for overnight parking but did not ask how long it lasted so I was not sure whether it would be a full 48 hours or just until check-out time. We could not contact reception even using the emergency number so decided to leave early to avoid an unjustified fine.

Best kept secret in Stirling!
What a lovely place to stay in Stirling, Scotland. It was easy to find, instructions for entering the property worked fine, the room was very comfortable, SUPER CLEAN, and had everything I needed. Modern appeal too. I didn’t have time to use the workout room, maybe next time!
Our favorite thing about our entire experience was the warm reception from Laura. We were a bit stressed upon arrival. She welcomed us, assured us of parking, gave us specific, helpful directions for that and sent us on our way to such a beautiful, clean room. Lovely aesthetic to the facility, artful and elegant, always clean and quiet as we went in and out. Laura's recommendations for food were knowledgeable and very welcome. She had suggestions for us for our experience in town that made it more enjoyable. We would love to stay there again!
We went back to this property when our plans were impacted by Storm Floris. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. You receive your code to your room via email/text, but it was simple. Great location.

Had a quite satisfactory stay at the King St Aparthotel. Kudos to Laura, who communicated regularly and efficiently both before and during the stay. The hotel room was comfortable and well acquainted in terms of amenities. Location is great if you're staying in Stirling, and we appreciated the convenient parking (once you find the lot - it's a bit hidden). Small nit: we were under the impression that there was a microwave in the room but we did not see it. Checkin process was very easy and clear. The surrounding area being in the center of the city was excellent in terms of dining options - I had a choice of 5 coffee shops and cafes wthin the same block in the morning!
