Cancellation fee $125 will be deducted. Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $500. Min age to rent is 21.
Renter Agreement must be signed 48 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
NO Smoking. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. *Pets must be housebroken and not left at home alone.

Country Club

Wonderful stay! Everything was just as I had hoped, comfortable beds, hot shower and all the essentials in the kitchen. Richard kept in contact with me and even set the temperature to our liking prior to our arrival!! We locked ourselves out once and he responded right away, we only waited maybe 5 minutes. Thanks again!
