Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Don’t stay there
I had a very difficult time finding the property as I could not see any signage.
The room appeared clean, but I discovered leaks at the sink faucet as well as the shower. Also, you can’t turn on the shower without being in the shower, which means getting sprayed with cold water. On the app, I requested an extra pillow. Almost 3 hours later I needed to go to sleep. So I texted “never mind”. I got an immediate response, okay. So clearly they get the messages.
Thought we'd "Splurge" on a nicer hotel than we usually stay at. La Quinta is usually great but not this time. Burn marks on tub, soot and burn marks on the cloth chair, dirty floors and didn't really feel safe even with it being a gated property. Wish we would have stuck with our usual Budget Friendly hotels and not have had such a disappointing experience.
We had to leave extra early, as people above us were banging on door and yelling,11pm 2 am 5:18 am!!!! Bugs in the room…earwigs and rollypollies and others. The only pleasant experience for us at the hotel was the lady at check-in.
