This condo is PACKED with amenities! A giant recreation room, 2 hot tubs, a heated pool and a sauna! And, it`s 1 of the only Stratton condos that allows your fur babies!!!

You have games and puzzles to relax by the electric fireplace and you have a massive deck that overlooks the winter ice skating rink! You`ll have a locker for your ski gear and 1 covered garage parking space!

From Long Trail you`re just a short walk from everything `Stratton` and only a 20 minutes drive to Manchester in case there are any non-skiers in your group.

Key card entry. You will pick up your key card either from Kelton Collective or from the main entry lock box. This 1 key card will give you access to the parking garage and to the condo.

You`re welcome to contact us through the airbnb app, phone or text. You won`t see us unless you need us. If you need us, we`re just 5 minutes away!

If booking through Hostaway, VRBO, or Google:
$500 CREDIT CARD HOLD - This will be applied 1 day before check-in and will serve as your security deposit. Funds will be refunded within 48 hours after checkout baring any damages.

If booking through Hostaway, VRBO, or Google:
4% CANCELATION FEE WILL APPLY FOR CANCELED RESERVATIONS REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOU CANCEL. We`re happy to adjust your reservation; dates/different property, etc. to avoid the fee.
