There is a silo on the property and plenty of wildlife. Enjoy the evenings by the firepit or simply relaxing on the new porch. The Cottage has been recently updated with new carpet, paint, composite wrap around porch, siding, roof, windows and more! The central AC is brand new 2019 and we added a water filtration system with water softener and iron filter 2019. The home offers a 55 inch flat screen TV with all the local channels, Blue Ray Player and it is a smart TV for streaming abilities! We have Hughes Net internet for your wireless internet needs. There is a charcoal grill and a fully stocked Kitchen. Sit back and enjoy the electric fireplace while watching your favorite movie or just enjoying the wildlife out the window!
