Property itself was fine. Unfortunately it was set in an area with many homeless (which I understand) but also so many people with crack pipes in hand looking for money. On a plus side there was a police station right around the corner

Hotel was nice. Sadly the opioid crisis has hit the area bad and the area surrounding is crowded by people openly doing drugs. Would not recommend taking children at all

Smell of the hotel was not great not sure if there are issues with the ventilation but the entire place floor to floor smelled like an Indian restaurant. Curry smell everywhere. Nothing against Indian cuisine or culture but i prefer my clothes and room not to smell like food. SO I WONT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN

I got the hotel, checked in and went to move my vehicle, there was a bunch of homeless drug addicts around my truck. I immediacy checked out. I asked for a refund the front desk daid no. I didn't stay at this hotel. I checked in somewhere eles.

The hotel is convenient if attending the Sudbury Arena, but the parking is very limited and the “druggies” walking around were pretty sketchy.

When I arrived the front desk clerk was having a dispute with a customer over parking. Rooms are very small. Smells of cigarettes. Upholstery worn off chairs. Beat up furniture. Freezing cold room, thin sheets. Phone to reception is broken. TV remote is broken. Not good, avoid.
