The Space

This home has been thoughtfully converted into three separate and fully private living spaces. The main floor is occupied by a family member, while the second floor contains two private units — one being this short-term rental and the other a long-term rental. Each space is fully independent, allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful and respectful environment.

Shared laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are conveniently located on the second floor and available for guest use.

The outdoor space is shared among residents; however, it is most often used by this specific space. Directly across the street, you’ll find a tennis and pickleball court as well as a play structure, offering additional options for recreation during your stay.
