We stayed at the Hampton Inn Sudbury and overall had a great experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast had a nice variety of options. The only downside to our stay was the check-in experience. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was very miserable and not welcoming, which was disappointing given the otherwise warm and positive feel of the hotel. Thankfully, the rest of the staff we interacted with were polite and helpful, and everything else about our stay was excellent. I would definitely stay here again, but I hope the check-in staff can be a little friendlier in the future to match the overall quality of the hotel.

Great location with good food options near by. Comfy and clean. Only reason for 4 stars was the giant jetted tub was out of order, so was a bit disappointed to not be able to use .

Sudbury has a bilingual university and I believed I could be understood in French in that city. It was a deception. The receptionnist had a terrible accent in English and I couldn’t understand what he said.

The breakfast. Buffet was not for me. Lots of options but found the sausages tough and the eggs seem dry. Breads, cereals, yogurts all good options. Staff were friendly and working hard keeping everything refilled and the areas clean. I am sure many enjoyed the breakfast, just not something I did.

One of the nicer places in the Sudbury region. Stayed here a few times on my way out to the island and on the way back to Toronto. Some places in Sudbury can be questionable but this is not one of those lol. Has a good quality breakfast included in the morning. Quiet at night and staffed 24hrs. They also monitor the entrance overnight
