Summer family holiday

We had a wonderful family holiday at Adrift, Summerland Point. The house was spacious and accommodated our family including young children comfortably. The location was great with just a short walk to the local bakery and convenience shop. We had fun fishing off the jetty and playing on the grass with the water views and stunning sunsets. We loved being only a 10 minute drive to the beach.

Peaceful location with amazing views

Booked the night before our stay as a last minute trip to catch up with friends and couldn't be happier. The house is well maintained with a great layout and spacious for everyone. Host was very responsive and answered straight away when we couldn't get the oven working (had to turn on switch with the stove). Would definitely stay here again to enjoy the lake view and sunset.

Great house on the lake, attractive decor, plenty of room, ideal for teens, very comfortable beds and the ping pong table was a savour in the rain!! Only suggestion some more kitchen cutting knives and salad bowls. A very nice rental and good local shops.

The house was lovely and kitchen well equipped but unfortunately the sheets on the bed were stained, there were not enough towels provided for number of guests nor enough toilet paper so we had to purchase our own.

Clean and big property

We stayed in Adrift and it was great. There was so much room for all of us. However i would like to give some constructive feedback which can lead to some improvements for the future guests. The lounges in the living room and home theatre room needs replacement as its too low and worn out. Apart from that there were no whisky glasses in the kitchen. Having said these, overall the property was really good and we all enjoyed a lot.

But nothing really prepares you for the beautiful views as you open the door. And then you explore and discover the fabulous design and layout of this house. A very comfortable place for eight friends to enjoy, with good size bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quality linen and a separate bathroom for each couple. There is a coffee shop nearby, and a small grocery shop and a restaurant. Many beautiful beaches are nearby to explore, with some lovely bushwalks too. Heritage Real Estate keep you updated after the initial booking, and their instructions were detailed and simple to follow. With thanks to the owners for making this property available for others to enjoy.

What i love most about this house is that the lower house is on flat level with the jetty and water which encouraged you to join in with whatever activities your family or friends were participating or at least come out to observe them, secondly the house is so spacious with many rooms and bathrooms for your convenience wherever you are in the house. We had so much fun with the ping pong table where kids can be occupied for as long as you allowed them. The house is also well equipped with smart tv for your night time entertainment, basically I loved everything that belongs to this house not to mention it’s surrounded by beautiful nature
