"Bungalow" sijaitsee historiallisen kodin ja puutarhan "Linwood" tontilla, 2 hehtaarin viktoriaanisen aikakauden kartanolla, rakennettu vuonna 1883. Se on kävelymatkan päässä Summervillen keskustasta. Se sijaitsee kätevästi päästäksesi historiallisiin Charleston-, Dorchester- ja Berkley-lääniin työskentelemään, pelaamaan, muuttamaan tai vierailemaan lumoavalla LowCountry-alueella.
"Bungalow" on tilava majoitus neljälle vieraalle. Siinä on kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta, täysin kalustettu, ruokailukeittiö, ruokasali, olohuone, patio, yksityinen piha ja puutarha. Se on kaikki yhdellä kerroksella. Master-kylpyammeessa on suihku. Kauniit kalusteet sisältävät kaikki liinavaatteet ja kylpypyyhkeet.
Mukavuuksiin kuuluu astianpesukone, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, TV, wifi, pysäköinti kadulla yhdelle tai kahdelle ajoneuvolle, grilli. Puutarhoissa on suuri maanpäällinen uima-allas vuokra-asukkaille. Vieraita kannustetaan nauttimaan vaeltavista rehevien puutarhojen läpi ja etsimään suosikkikoteloita yllätykseksi, yksityiseksi hetkeeksi tai ulkona illalliseksi. TARJOAMME VIHETTÄ JA KUUKAUSIIN SUORAAN alennetut hinnat.
Retki historiallisesta talosta voidaan järjestää etukäteen.
Kadun toisella puolella on mukava leikkipaikka ja kuntoilutilat (YMCA) on neljän korttelin päässä. Kävele kaupunkiin kauppoja ja ravintoloita varten.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta White Gables. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi vesipuiston ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

The cottage is located down a short and quiet gravel lane within walking distance of beautiful Summerville. The historic 2 bedroom/2 bath guest house was cozy, clean and very comfortable; furnished with antiques and it had all the modern conventions. With a living room, spacious eat in kitchen and 2 large porch, we had plenty of room. There is also a washer and dryer.Our host could not have been more kind and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at The Bungalow, we look forward to or next visit.

The stay at the Bungalow was one of the highlights of our visit to Summerville. It was quiet, clean and very safe. We had everything we needed. I highly suggest you walk the grounds of Linwood or ask for a guided tour as we did. It was very informative. You are also within walking distance to historic downtown Summerville. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Stay!

We stayed here last year in a different cottage on the property but could not get the same one as last year. So we got the bungalow. It exceeded our expectations. We love the beautiful southern setting with all of the historic housing in the neighborhood. My mom and I walk every morning to look at all of the beautiful houses, and the property itself has a beautiful garden.This is the go to place in Summerville SC

We had a wonderful trip! Everything was seamless from beginning to end. The home was clean and had eveything we needed. It was so quiet and peaceful! A true retreat. Excellent place to stay and make forever memories !!

I checked a bucket list this last week staying in Charleston and Summerville. The Bungalow at Linwood did not disappoint. The Bungalow was a perfect place for me and my two nieces that that took off work to meet me in Summerville for a fun filled relaxing weekend. The house and the grounds are beautiful. Walking distance to a wonderful friendly community and restaurants. I highly recommend this property for all your travel needs. THANK YOU for making our trip so successful !!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the cottage! My husband and daughter kept telling me what an awesome job I did picking it out LOL! It was quiet, the perfect size for our family, and the perfect place for us to relax after long days of competitive dance and/or sightseeing. Only wish we had more time there. Earl Grey was a wonderful host as well 😻! Thanks for having us and if we’re ever that way in the future, we would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect Summerville Cottage

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at the cottage for three nights. It was perfect for our family. The check in and checkout process were easy with good communication from the host. The property is so peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. The house was exceptionally clean and all of the linens and bedding smelled wonderful and were very comfortable. The back patio and yard are very secluded and private. We enjoyed having our coffee on the screened in porch every morning. The house truly felt like a home away from home. We have family in the area so we will definitely be re-booking the next time we are in Summerville! Also, we fell in love with Earl Grey!

Best one so far! Very cute, old southern and clean. Communication if I had any questions was great. Only thing, parking wasn't great. I have a truck, so it was hard to fit but they didn't have cars like now a days when they built the house lol

This property is nestled on a quiet lane next to a historic home. It was the perfect setting to relax in; a peaceful environment after a busy day exploring the area. It provided all of the things we needed as a family to feel comfortable. The property manager was very helpful with questions. The host was a wonderful guide when she provided a tour of the historic home and gardens.

We had a fantastic time at The Bungalow, it was very comfortable, private and within fabulous gardens. Linda was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable creating a relaxing atmosphere, contributing so much to our fabulous holiday. Summerville is not only a lovely town itself but within an easy 30 minute drive to most local attractions including Charleston. We would have no hesitation in returning, we had such a lovely time there.
