Welcome to Snow Creek Village #40 @ SunPeaks Resort. We've taken care and pride to beautifully decorate, furnish and maintain our family friendly chalet so all you need to do is enjoy Sun Peaks. With 2 Bedrooms upstairs plus a ground level suite with bed, sofa, TV and en-suite, we can comfortably accommodate either vacationing families or a small group.

Our equipment room is practically ski-in, and features ski racks, boot dryers, cubbies and hooks for all your seasonal adventure gear, with benches and stools for easy prep.

Upstairs are two private second floor decks; the northern deck features a 4 person hot tub with snow capped evergreen views of Mt. Morrisey - perfect for apres-ski, and the southern sunrise / sunset sunset deck is off the dining area, and is home to our Weber Propane BBQ with views up Sun Peaks' Sunburst Chair.

On the third floor, we have two full bedrooms (with blackout curtains for a good nights sleep), a full bathroom with heated floor and a tub/shower, linens closet and laundry stack. One bedroom features large south facing windows and a queen (memory foam) bed, the second, with northern exposure picture windows and a queen/twin loft bed set.

The second, or main floor is the primary living space, with access to both decks. The living room features a gas fireplace, large screen wall mounted TV, leather recliners, barstools and a large couch and ottoman. The kitchen has a heated tile floor adding to the morning coffee experience, with stainless steel appliances and features a fully stocked spice drawer with enough amenities to prep and serve any meal, or beverage - hot or cold.

To kick start your mornings, we provide ground coffee and filters, an assortment of teas, hot chocolate, honey and sweeteners,

Our dining area features a round table (with leaf and extra chairs) to easily and comfortably sit up to 6 adults. The antique bench is very popular with the kids.

The entry level floor is where we've converted the garage, wIth easy access from outside or inside, into a custom boot and equipment room, with benches, cubbies, racks, hooks and boot heaters to keep all your sporting toys safe, dry and warm.

The heated tile entry floor leads upstairs, and into the ground floor studio suite, which is furnished to easily transition from bedroom suite to family games room.

Featuring separate interior and exterior entrances, en-suite bathroom with shower, wall mounted TV and sound bar, queen Murphy box bed, sofa, games table and an assortment of games is a great bonus room for kids of any age to play, kick back or turn in a little earlier than everyone else.

Located in Snow Creek Village, which is truly Sun Peaks' best Chalet location. We are right in the Village Path and just a short walk to the Village and its many shops, restaurants and hotel bars.

We're also a 3 minute walk to the Sun Peaks athletics and sports centre, with fitness centre, ice rink and all season playground. The Valley / Village trails, connects the numerous activities, from the Activity Center, located in the Village Day Lodge, to snowshoeing, dog sledding, XC trails and so much more.

We have minimum stay lengths over long weekends, Christmas/New Years, Family Day and March Breaks.
