The gourmet kitchen with Wolf and Viking appliances is separated from the living area with a wet bar that includes an under counter wine/beer cooler and ice maker, and seating for four at the breakfast bar. The dining room seats eight and includes beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen nook is perfect for morning coffee, enjoying a book, or watching a little television. There is a large laundry room with full size washer/dryer just off the kitchen. The main entry has two-story windows with a custom, glass, over-sized front door.

The main floor includes the spacious Master bedroom that has heated bathroom floors and heated towel rack, free standing bathtub, over-sized shower with bench, patio access with beautiful views, fireplace, wall mounted HDTV, walk-in closet, and king size bed. The second bedroom with en suite bathroom is also on the first floor. It includes a fireplace, couch, queen sized Murphy bed, and HDTV.

The second level includes two more spacious bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a wall mounted HDTV. The loft area includes two full size desks with plenty of workspace for two.

The heated two car garage includes ski/snowboard boot warmers and the driveway snow-melt system is perfect for winter. There is room for at least four vehicles (two in garage and two in driveway). Additional daytime parking is available on Elkhorn road.

The Wood River Trail is a 20 mile paved, multi-use, year-round path that provides a non-motorized connection between the communities of Bellevue, Hailey, Ketchum, and Sun Valley. Access to the trail is directly across from the front of the property.
