One bedroom apartment situated on the 5th floor of the complex (2 lifts available) in front of Mooloolaba beach, across from the renamed Mooloolaba Surf Club.

This 1 bedroom apartment comprises open plan living, balcony, full kitchen, bathroom and separate laundry. There is a comfortable fold-out sofa bed for additional guests. As part of your stay you also have shared use of the swimming pool, hot tub on the rooftop, gym and BBQ facilities. Great views!

Parking is available. Wifi in the room. The apartment is located at the Landmark resort on Level 5. It’s one of the “bigger” 1 bedroom apartments and has views to the pool. Self contained small kitchen (no oven sorry, but sink, bar fridge, microwave and 2 hot plates), washing and dryer in a separate space, balcony, TV and generous sized shower.
