This quaint 2 bedroom cottage is both unique and full of warmth and character. The charm and beauty of the cottage shouldn't overshadow the fact that its only a 2 minute walk from the stunning Pumicestone Passage. Whether you want to walk, swim, ride, paddle, relax or simply take in the sunrise and views over the Passage, this location gives you every option.

The Golden Beach shopping complex is only 400 metres away, so coffee, cake, cafes, groceries, restaurants, are all a short stroll away. We are on the bus route if you want to catch the bus to go into Caloundra, or locations further afield.

The Bedrooms are air conditioned with overhead fans in the lounge and second bedroom.

The house has a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

This 2 bedroom house has:
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed (Air-conditioned)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed. (Air-conditioned installed Nov 9th)

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

If you want to be more active we have 2 bicycles (& helmets) and 2 kayaks if you would like to use them.

Air-Conditioning
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The lounge /kitchen air has strong overhead fans, or you can leave the bedroom doors both open to cool the entire cottage.

So whether you want to sit, relax and take in the beauty and the history of the house, or be active and use our bicycles, kayaks etc it all awaits you here at Golden Beach Charm.

The house is divided into two separate dwellings, each with their own private entrance with a shared laundry. The owners live in a separate dwelling (with a shared rear wall) at the rear of the property. They have their own entrance, garden etc and apart from the laundry are separate and private from both you and the cottage.

Parking is on the street in front of the cottage. Carport is not accessible to guests.

Guests have the entire cottage, front verandah, front yard, for their sole and complete access. You have your own separate entrance (front door of the cottage) and have all of this space to yourselves.


You can see from our photos why Golden Beach is so popular with both tourists and locals, with quaint shops, trendy cafes and restaurants, cinema, tennis courts for hire, fishing, boating, and Caloundra Sunday markets every week.

Further afield you can easily explore the many beaches of Caloundra, Australia Zoo, Blackall Range, Maleny, Montville, Mooloolaba, Coolum and Noosa.
