Your next beachside holiday awaits at this beautiful coastal home.

Fabulously positioned between the stunning backdrop of Mount Coolum, a 2 minute walk to the beach and 25 minute drive to Noosa.

Located in the popular Boardwalk Estate this property has just been freshly styled for your comfort featuring brand new furnishings with guest convenience and relaxing in mind. Fully fenced, private heated swimming pool, multiple indoor and outdoor entertaining areas all in a family and dog friendly setting.

This beautiful home has an open, light and bright airy feel. All living areas seamlessly flow into each other and into the wonderful outdoor spaces.

Two of the bedrooms have super comfortable King sized beds, the third bedroom has two twin singles and the fourth a double with garden views - all have built in robes and ceiling fans. The Master suite has own bathroom, ensuite, reverse cycle a/c, T.V with Netflix and walk-in wardrobe.

There is an additional day bed (in the living area) which doubles as the extra single bed if you have nine guests.

The TV area is cozy with super comfy couch, TV with Netflix and connects into the living and kitchen areas, this area also has reverse cycle air-conditioning. There are board games for the whole family to enjoy and unlimited wifi.

The outdoor lounge area features quality furniture, BBQ and overlooks the swimming pool. There is also a second outdoor dining area off the living area.

The yard is fully fenced with manicured gardens, grassy areas and is safe for children and the family dog (well trained dogs only please).

Walk to the beach straight from the house along a stunning boardwalk - located less than 2 minutes from the front of the house. Curly's Cafe - a local favourite - is also just a couple of minutes walk for fantastic coffee and breakfast!

This place is a bit run down and therefore not good value but but it does have 4 bedrooms so that might be beneficial for some. Location is certainly great.

A lovely location, I loved strolling down the board walk with the beach on one end and beautiful mangroves and views of mnt. Coolum on the other. It was close enough to everything so we could do lots of day trips. We had some crazy weather but the heated pool was perfect rain or shine.

Family reunion

My brothers and their families from Canada came to visit me for the first time in over 20 years. We wanted quality time together near the beach. We had an average of 2-70 years old and The location was ideal ! The house allowed enough space for the 9 of us , lots of generously-sized indoor/ outdoor areas. We had a couple of inquires during our 5 day stay ,which were responded to in minutes by the host. The proximity to the stunning beach , walking path , playgrounds , shops and MT Coolum was just perfect. It ticked all the boxes for us and made for a fantastic family reunion.

Home was excellent location. Main areas very clean, just a little bit of touch ups to spot marks on lounge & cushions, and also to outdoor lounge. Cleaners need to look under beds for rubbish. Overall the family thoroughly enjoyed there stay here, and it fitted our family lovely.

Beautiful home.All ammenities and home comforts can be easily found and used. We had a lovely week, walking to beach, short drives to other Sunshine Coast locations and beautiful pool and outdoor area. Monique the host was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Comfortable home close to the beach

The home was very nice. The heated pool was a hit with everyone esp my granddaughter who turned into a mermaid! The location is a short walk from the beach & local cafe. Conveniently other shops are a short drive away. Monique the host was very quick to reply to any queries and she allowed us a late check out.
