Please note there will be no Wi-Fi at the property until it is installed in mid-August. We will have it installed in time for the September school holidays.



The bathroom has a shower, vanity & toilet.



The dining table has seating for 6 people. There is seating for 2 on the balcony off the main bedroom.



The kitchen has a coffee machine, microwave, cooktop, oven, fridge, freezer, air fryer and is fully equipped with plates and cutlery.



There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment for your use, as well as iron and ironing board.



We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee, therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair, and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a ""start-up"" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. No sugar, laundry powder, pods, tissues, or paper towels are supplied. All linen is provided and is part of our Premium Linen Service. We also provide beach towels for you to use.



Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these types of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We value our wonderful apartment and the well-being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function, and/or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and, if necessary, ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress enough that this is a lovely property for families, friends, and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.



Cleaning charge: The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean. If guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, or cigarette smell (which we will clean), additional cleaning and replacement costs will apply.

Oaks Family Getaway - Resort, Beach offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
