Perched right on Moffat headland in a quiet location, this fabulous north-facing unit, only metres from the beach, offers breathtaking elevated ocean views.

There are wonderful cafes, restaurants, boutique shops and parks including picnic areas and children's playground all within an easy stroll. Tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished with a 55inch Smart TV.

It provides the flexibility of front and rear balconies and a private, furnished, Mediterranean-style roof deck with BBQ. At night you can be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the surf. Relax and enjoy!

Seacrest offers secure parking, secure entry, lift and a saltwater swimming pool.

Please note garage may not be suitable for 4WD's. Also the lift does not go to the rooftop, it is accessed by stairs only.

Linen is included for all bookings, please note beds are not made due the linen hire company used unless stated.

In need of some TLC

Sadly as a host myself I did not realise that people still let premises without anything for guests. No towels, no sheets, the most basic of toiletries and nothing of comfort. We stayed in a different apartment in the same block with not only bath towels but beach towels, shampoo and body wash and everything for laundry and a comfortable stay. Was the barest minimum for guests and with very old and unloved interior we were let down. Time to update with how lettings are now competing for guests and freshen up the let.
