The Space:
Welcome to The Tropic, a stylish, coastal-inspired two-story holiday townhouse designed for relaxation and comfort. Sleeping up to six guests, this pet-friendly retreat is ideal for families or groups looking for sunshine, space, and a peaceful escape just a short stroll from Dicky Beach.
Downstairs, you’ll discover the first lounge area featuring a Smart TV, chaise sofa, ducted air-conditioning, and relaxing views over the sparkling pool, an ideal spot to switch off and unwind. Upstairs, the open-plan layout brings together a sleek modern kitchen with butler’s pantry, a spacious dining area, and a second beautifully styled lounge. Here you’ll find ducted air-conditioning, a Smart TV, a leather sofa, and occasional chairs, all infused with coastal charm. The kitchen is well-appointed with generous bench space and quality appliances, including a fridge/freezer, gas stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine and small appliances. Bedroom 1 (Main Bedroom): The luxe master bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, ducted air-conditioning, a second air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.
Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): The modern ensuite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, bath, toilet, and double vanity.
Powder Room: Conveniently located behind the kitchen with a toilet and sink.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 2: Styled to perfection, this bedroom is furnished with a plush queen bed, ducted air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.
Bathroom 2: The modern main bathroom downstairs features a shower, double vanity and separate toilet.
Bedroom 3: Comfortable and chic, this bedroom is furnished with a plush queen bed, ducted air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.

Guests will have access to the entire home and double garage, there is also space to park 1-2 cars on the driveway. There is also free street parking available.

The home is located in the quiet Sunshine Coast suburb of Dicky Beach and is positioned only a short walk, drive or cycle to the beautiful sands of Dicky or Moffat Beach. The home is perfectly positioned with access to boat ramps, local parks, skate parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks. A short drive will take you to an array of coastal areas in Caloundra with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutiques to enjoy.

There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately a 2 minute walk (200m) to Cooroy Street bus stop, where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults as part of a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand.
