Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
Maximum capacity: 12 guests
Valid ID required for booking verification
Signed renter’s agreement required after booking
$300 security deposit hold placed two days before check-in and released five days after checkout
No open fires or fire pits allowed
Check-in at 4 PM and checkout at 10 AM
Driveway parking for two cars
Additional free street parking available
Trash must be placed in provided bins
No parties or events
No smoking or illegal drug use
Quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM
One dog under 50 lbs allowed with $100 pet fee
Pets must be listed in the booking
Guest, pet, and vehicle details required at booking

No fireworks allowed
No spray tanning, henna, hair dyes, or glitter
Early check-in or late check-out available for $25 per hour when possible
No illegal internet downloads or commercial filming

Hot Tub Rules

Maximum of 6 persons
No food or drinks in the hot tub
No jumping or diving
No glassware around the hot tub
No infants under 1 year, pregnant individuals, or persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication allowed
Children ages 2–16 must be accompanied by an adult
Do not enter if temperature exceeds 104°F
Use only pool towels, not white bath towels
No body lotions or tanning creams; shower before entering
Turn off high jets after use
Replace the hot tub cover after each use
Do not sit or lie on the cover
Leave the hot tub in the same condition as found
Guests with heart conditions, seizures, high or low blood pressure, or other serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before use.
