With two living areas (one with pool table and entertainment system, Foxtel and Chromecast for streaming services); one with TV and chromecast) and a beautiful rear deck, it swallows families with ease. The kitchen is well-equipped with sharp knives, cooking utensils, the usual appliances, coffee machine and basics in the pantry.

The Cubby House is double-glazed throughout to help keep it cosy in winter, cool in summer and quiet all year round.

There is reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living area and a column heater and a fan in each bedroom.
