Tervetuloa Surfside Beach -taloon, "A Dream Come True" (Twin).

Mielestämme se on paikka kesäloman unelmiesi totta. Tämä talo on aivan uusi (ostettu syksyllä09), tilava (2200 neliömetriä). ominaisuudet
Mukavuuksiin kuuluu 9'-katot, neljä makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on kylpyamme, ja moderni keittiö, jossa on graniittilasit, ruokailuvälineet, kattilat / pannut. Kattotuulettimet koko talossa.
Pysäköinti talon alla.

Se on toinen talo Ocean Blvd: stä ylöspäin ja pääsy rannalle on kadun toisella puolella. Katso video ja näet kuinka lähellä olemme rannalle. Seitsemän korttelin eteläpuolella on laituri, jossa on ravintoloita ja ostosmahdollisuuksia .... helppo kävelymatka.

Katsomme, että talon ulkoasu on täydellinen perheen kanssa, jos päämakuuhuone on ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ja toisessa kerroksessa on toinen päämakuuhuone, kerrossänky (2 kerrossänkyä) ja makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi täyttä sänkyä. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on 32 tuuman LCD-televisio. Talossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu erillisellä vaihtovirtalaitteella jokaisessa kerroksessa.

Jos lounging on suositeltavaa, yksityinen uima-allas on takana kuuden jalka yksityisyys aita. Maanpinnalla on piknikpöytä ja grillipaikka. Ensimmäisen kerroksen oleskelutilassa on sohva / rakkausistuin-yhdistelmä 52 tuuman LCD-televisiolla tai surffaa Internetissä WIFI: n kautta. Lähtöpuhdistus sisältyy hintaan. Liinavaatteet eivät sisälly hintaan, mutta ne voidaan lisätä lisämaksusta.

House was well stocked. Spices, seasonings, foil, trash bags were available but we had brought our own. There were too few washcloths available but we made do. I dont think this was the property owners fault! It was the linen company I would bet! Lots of great board games and a chess set! Also a ton of boogie boards, sand toys, etc. We would definitely book again if we decide to go gack to Surfside!

Perfectly situated with a short walk to the beach, and a nice dipping pool in the back, we enjoyed our stay. Loved that everyone had their own bathroom. We did have to do some cleaning when we got there- heavy grime on the outdoor tables, dust bunnies in the LR. Also the outdoor tables had jagged rust along the lower edges so that you had to be careful not to cut yourself when you picked them up. The door was hard to lock from the outside.But other than that - our stay was nice and it accommodated our family time well.

This is a wonderful place for a family beach trip. The house itself is ideally located a short walk to the beach. It was clean and well kept. The layout is great - upstairs is large and the bedrooms are well spread out so that everyone can have privacy. Each bedroom has a bathroom as well - no need to share! The pool is small, but perfect for a dip. The owners were quick to respond with any questions and provided great info for check in and the neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

Great Family House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very big and spacious. There was plenty of room for the kids and adults to be comfortable. It was a very short walk to the beach, which made it easy to walk there whenever we would like. The only drawback was the cleanliness of it. We went and purchased a few cleaning products to clean the bathrooms with. There was lots of leftover hair from the previous guests. Once we got that taken care of, the week was perfect!!

Fun beach stay

We had a lot of fun while visiting Surfside beach. The stay was nice but one thing that made the stay tough was the thermostat resetting in the middle of the night and it made sleeping uncomfortable. Other than that, everything else was great!

Surfside beach house

We absolutely loved the house and the location. So close to the beach!! I wish we would’ve known about the construction next door as we were woken up early, couldn’t enjoy the many balconies during the day and the noise from the construction made it hard to enjoy the pool during the day. The workers even blocked us in our drive way and we had to go looking for them! Over all I would go back!!! Lovely place and location!

Amazing Home in Surfside

This house was perfect for our group. We loved the king size beds, balconies, and pool. Everything was clean and spacious, and the owners had great communication. We stayed at this home during a baseball tournament. This home is close to the Grand Park Athletic Complex. It is also walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We rented a golf cart which was a fun way to get ice cream and see the town. Surfside is beautiful and quaint. We would love to return some time soon. Thank you!

Perfect Summer Vacation

We could not have been more happy with the House, Pool, and proximity to the Beach. Nice and quiet street. The property owner was extremely attentive and friendly to work with. What a fantastic vacation! This house was perfect. 4 adults and 4 teenagers ages 15-19. Even though a duplex, we couldn’t hear a thing from the other side. The most well stocked kitchen we have ever rented. Access to the beach was perfect. Home is well taken care of and clean. Hosts are very responsive to emails. Would definitely rent again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 NOTE: for those that have sun ninja tents, beach patrol will make you take it down. Even if it is a 10x10 size tent (max per ordinance). Just a heads up.
