The condo complex is small which we loved because the beach and pool weren't overcrowded! I have it a four because the unit does need a few things updated and the blinds need to be fixed.

Unit could use a new refrigerator ...it never really got cold even after I called. Could also use some new mattresses. The updates they did make were nice, but it seems they didnt finish ... same old doors, light switch plates are dingy and outdated.

Electrical outlets were behind the bed so hard to get to. Living room furniture uncomfortable. Might be okay if only staying a week, but not a month. Balconey very nice. Rooms decorated really cute. Kitchen was average. Appliances good and nice washer and dryer which is a Plus if staying a month.Overall, if it had a better bed and an elevator we would stay again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing in Surfside Beach for decades. Our unit was clean and ready when we checked in (which was a major plus). With the unit on the 3rd floor, you have to go up and down 3 and 1/2 flights of stairs. The Sea Cloisters II complex would be better if there was a bathroom available by the pool or on the first floor (the same is true for most of the similar complexes. The unit had everything we needed and everything worked. The Wi-Fi was flaky but according to others staying in other units in the same complex, their Wi-Fi was not reliable either. The only complaint I would have has nothing to do with the unit, the Sea Cloisters II complex, or Garden City Realty; the problems are with the lack of proper care for the environment - the ocean water is polluted due to direct run-offs that empty into the ocean as well as the lack of recycling bins at many of the ocean front complexes that we have stayed in. Every year one or more members of our family members get sick (4 or more families meet in Surfside yearly for a semi-family reunion). I would avoid the ocean st Surfside especially for the most vulnerable (the very young and the elderly as well as those prone to infection, e.g., diabetics) and/or those with open cuts/wounds.
