I went for a week touring in Tassie and every night stayed at Motels as it was convenient for us. By far Swansea is exceptional. First contact at reception was very welcoming and friendly with a smile. Our room was immaculate seems its newly painted looks very fresh. Bed was very comfortable, Me and wifey did had a very good sleep. Highly recommend.

excellent value for money and Graham was warm, informative and most helpful. He was also very kind in allowing use of the facilities. Everything clean. A laundry inclucdng use of portable clothesline just added to the rest!

Great place in a great town

Spectacular location looking out over the bay. Walking distance to everything in town. Lovely welcome from Christy, and very comfortable room and bed. Spa was wonderful too!

We loved our room (spacious) and more especially the sea views. For the 4 days we were there, we ran out of sugar & coffee. Apart from that all was good.

Great views and location with friendly and helpful staff. Room we had was a bit old and dated - commensurate with cost I guess. Check before you book. They have newer accomodation for extra cost if that suits you better.

This property was clean, but old. No A/C only a window at front door, which I felt a little unsafe to leave open all night. The bed was super comfortable as well as pillows.Shower was over bath with shower curtain. For the money, felt it was a little dear. Lovely area, right on the water.
