Issue with room being set as a double and not twin, A/C noise and didn’t cool the room, night club in close proximity had extremely load base music until 2am at least. Hotel was very clean, but access to car park poorly exploded, staff made every effort to correct the issues within their control.

Lovely place

Really lovely hotel, was a little haven located in a convenient place. Room was lovely and staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was what you would expect but filled you for the day and had a good selection. AC was a blessing in the room!

The bedroom was well-appointed, compact, and very clean, with efficient use of space. The bathroom was also well-equipped and generally clean, though there were some signs of mildew and limescale in places that suggested a need for more thorough deep cleaning. Breakfast was of good quality, with a decent variety of options. However, during busy periods, staff struggled to keep up with demand, resulting in items not being replenished promptly. The dining area was also quite small, leading to some crowding and limited seating at peak times. Overall, a comfortable stay with quality amenities, though improvements in cleanliness and breakfast service capacity would enhance the guest experience.Would stay again. A solid 8/10 hotel and a bargain price.

Very basic hotel. Staff on the front desk were not at all clear about parking arrangements. Really noisy at night from outside aswell as other guests. Air-conditioning was useful but very noisy. Room was fairly clean, quite dusty in places. Barely any refreshments in room, two teabags, 2 coffee sachets and 4 sachet of milk. Breakfast was a nightmare. Really busy and not enough tables. None of the tables had been cleared or cleaned. Only one coffee machine working with big queue. Pancakes were the size of a 10p coin! It was ok for a one night stop over but probably wouldn't return.

Firstly, car park area was smelly, alot of things were not provided to us, no pressing iron and prior information about it , should we have any need for it, toilet brush wasn't provided, we had to ask a couple of times for our room to be cleaned before it was done. Above all we were locked out of our room as we went downstairs for breakfast came back 10:30am as check out is 11am to pack our stuff, our entry card into our room was disabled, we asked why our card doesn't work anymore, the staff said coz our check out time getting closer 😁 funny, we had half an hour left before check out and was locked out.

Ordered a king room, had 2 singles, even though we booked months ago. The eventually pushed together and put a mattres topper on. Friends had same, they moved them to a different room, with another 2 single beds, eventually put topper on theirs too. The lifts were both broken, had to carry our bags up the fire escape stairs. Breakfast was ok though.

Dirty area around hotel. Felt unsafe. Room smelled of old cigarette smoke. Only one elevator working. Has to carry bags up stairs to lobby and no one helped. No parking.
