I was quite disappointed, the room was in bad condition, wallpaper peeling off, the curtain came off the track, one of the beds was newer/more comfortable than the other, the hot tub was not working but still had dirty water in it, etc. There was an extra fee for parking but the lot was on a slope and not in great shape or you had to park on the lower part and haul your stuff up around the upper lot. The facilities left a lot to be desired but the staff were friendly and they are doing renos we just didn’t see the benefit of them fir our stay.

The hotel is in an ideal location and the staff were friendly. It was amusing hearing the staff train some new members as they were really not ready to wait on guests. There were multiple times kids were running in the hallway and other parties as it was a Friday night so that kept us awake until late plus there was noise from concerts in the area. The rooms appear that they are in desperate need of a renovation. The location is perfect, but the hotel needs some renovations further to what they have on going.

Hotel needs a desparate update. Hallways smell, wallpaper in room peeling, beat up entertainment center. Just really outdated. They are in process of renovating but not fast enough.
