The room wasn't in the best state of repair. The toilet seat was damaged, the sink and shower faucets had clearly been repaired quickly using the wrong parts (knobs spin around 360 degrees with no indicator of hot or cold).
The staff were friendly and helpful, however I felt that they were a little too lax on security or too trusting. I lost my key and spoke to the front desk, simply provided my room number and they gave me a new key. They didn't even ask my name or for any ID. I had never spoken to or seen the person at the desk until then, so it's not like they were familiar with me.
Wifi was ok, but not great for online meetings, I had to use my cellphone as a hotspot a lot of the time.
I had a do not disturb sign on my door while I was in a video call meeting and a staff person kept knocking on my door despite this. After the knocking didn't stop, I checked what they wanted, they asked if I needed anything since I had put a do not disturb sign up... I was a little confused about why they didn't respect the sign.
The property is unkept with cigarette butts littering the grass areas. Given the level of maintenance, I decided against using the pool.
