I’ve stayed here a few times, rooms are clean, pool area isn’t very inviting same as the ground need to be better taken care of and look more appealing. Breakfast is great! But in the morning our room did not have any hot water, couldn’t shower, called 3 times to front desk and nobody answered, when I brought this to their attention when I went to the front desk their was no solution no care given and the problem was not rectified. At that point I was offered a free coffee and sent in my way. I will never stay there again!

The room wasn't in the best state of repair. The toilet seat was damaged, the sink and shower faucets had clearly been repaired quickly using the wrong parts (knobs spin around 360 degrees with no indicator of hot or cold). The staff were friendly and helpful, however I felt that they were a little too lax on security or too trusting. I lost my key and spoke to the front desk, simply provided my room number and they gave me a new key. They didn't even ask my name or for any ID. I had never spoken to or seen the person at the desk until then, so it's not like they were familiar with me. Wifi was ok, but not great for online meetings, I had to use my cellphone as a hotspot a lot of the time. I had a do not disturb sign on my door while I was in a video call meeting and a staff person kept knocking on my door despite this. After the knocking didn't stop, I checked what they wanted, they asked if I needed anything since I had put a do not disturb sign up... I was a little confused about why they didn't respect the sign. The property is unkept with cigarette butts littering the grass areas. Given the level of maintenance, I decided against using the pool.

Our stay was nice but facilities need to be updated. Found it hard to use the Sauna because it was crowded. Overall nice staff and rooms were cleaned but when asked to do room service while we were out, they didn't do it.

We appreciated having a suite and being able to cook dinner in our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to walk our dog on the green space surrounding the hotel.

The rooms are nice and better condition than the common areas. We had a great stay, the staff was kind and helpful, although there were a few issues. The hot tub was out of service throughout our whole stay. When it rained, there were multiple leaks from the ceiling in the hallway but not in the room (top/3rd floor). The one day we wanted housekeeping, we took our DND sign down around 10am but they had already marked us as done and didn't clean the room. Minor issues: Breakfast closes at 9:30, but the QR code directory in the room says 10. The phone in our room did not work (I just used my cell phone). The shower curtain was minorly ripped, which caused a couple puddles on the floor after showering.

Nice Breakfast - Not do clean floor

This Travelodge had a nice breakfast and lovely staff but the room floor and carpet were extremely dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky and I wiped it and the cloth was black after, the carpet was also dirty and stained. The carpet was stained in other areas of the hotel too. I hope they can shampoo or replace the carpets soon.
