Staff were amazing. Upgraded our room upon check in. Carpets in the hallways and rooms need to be replaced as they are dirty. Breakfast area well stocked, but very warm in the room. They had 2 fans, 1 was off and 1 was on. Very small for the size of the room. Needs air conditioning. No ice in the ice machine.

The hotel needs some improvements. There is a damp/ stale smell, carpets were stained and still had crumbs on them. Breakfast was delicious, hot and lots of variety. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast and staff was excellent. The hot tub was not working during our stay. The court yard area was full of cigarette butts & trash and some guests kept propping the security door open to the court yard. The bldg itself could use some TLC. I would consider this a value hotel, meaning if you are on a low budget.

The staff were all very pleasant to work with, it was a fast check in and check out. They were welcoming and made us feel comfortable without being over bearing. We had a horrible experience at another hotel recently and this experience was the total opposite and set the bar pretty high for other hotels. The building isn’t perfect but it was clean and comfortable.

Beds were comfortable. There was a pool, hottub and exercise space. The room had a hairdryer; iron and board. Breakfast was continental. Laundry facilities onsite. Room could be self-regulated. Arcade and vending machines on premises. Professional staff. Wifi. Water pressure was an issue. Property in need of repairs - paint, carpeting, etc. Fridge needed disinfection (strong fish smell). No elevator, lots of stairs. Unusual charges (room safe charge; $250 incidental deposit).

I’ve stayed here a few times, rooms are clean, pool area isn’t very inviting same as the ground need to be better taken care of and look more appealing. Breakfast is great! But in the morning our room did not have any hot water, couldn’t shower, called 3 times to front desk and nobody answered, when I brought this to their attention when I went to the front desk their was no solution no care given and the problem was not rectified. At that point I was offered a free coffee and sent in my way. I will never stay there again!

The room wasn't in the best state of repair. The toilet seat was damaged, the sink and shower faucets had clearly been repaired quickly using the wrong parts (knobs spin around 360 degrees with no indicator of hot or cold). The staff were friendly and helpful, however I felt that they were a little too lax on security or too trusting. I lost my key and spoke to the front desk, simply provided my room number and they gave me a new key. They didn't even ask my name or for any ID. I had never spoken to or seen the person at the desk until then, so it's not like they were familiar with me. Wifi was ok, but not great for online meetings, I had to use my cellphone as a hotspot a lot of the time. I had a do not disturb sign on my door while I was in a video call meeting and a staff person kept knocking on my door despite this. After the knocking didn't stop, I checked what they wanted, they asked if I needed anything since I had put a do not disturb sign up... I was a little confused about why they didn't respect the sign. The property is unkept with cigarette butts littering the grass areas. Given the level of maintenance, I decided against using the pool.

Our stay was nice but facilities need to be updated. Found it hard to use the Sauna because it was crowded. Overall nice staff and rooms were cleaned but when asked to do room service while we were out, they didn't do it.
