The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The overall hotel carpets and the rooms look very worn and can use an uplift. The beds were comfortable. The hot water and shower pressure were great. The breakfast consisted of a type of egg, tater tots, a variety of white bread/English muffins and pancakes. There were a few different cereals and muffins, yogurt and fruit. The hot tub wasn’t hot and there was a lot of foam in it when the jets were on, which is a sign of bacteria. The women’s locker room by the pool and fitness center was disgusting. The doors to the lockers didn’t work and were really rusty. Except for the esthetics of the hotel, I recommend going there.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I was quite disappointed with our recent stay. When we arrived, the toilet bowl ring had a visible poop and a very unpleasant odor. I emailed the manager right away, and while a staff member was sent to clean it, they were in the room for less than a minute and claimed the job was done — unfortunately, nothing had actually been cleaned. It was frustrating to have to deal with this, especially after reaching out and expecting it to be properly handled. I truly hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and ensures better housekeeping and follow-through in the future. Guests deserve a clean and comfortable environment.

The mattress had major stains on it that looked like they might have been blood, the toilet would not flush. The staff was courteous and refunded our deposit with minimal complaint, but the room was extremely poor and we left for another hotel (far superior but the same price range).

The room was horribly outdated and there were stains all over the carpets. The staff member who helped us was great and he did offer us a renovated room , but we would have had to wait another hour for it to be cleaned, which didn’t work for us. We thought, really, how bad can it be ..? Well, it was bad. lol Staff was great though!!

Room had a musty/moldy smell. Bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned … hair in the bathtub There was thumping, banging on the walls and screaming at midnight in another room . We were two doors from reception area so I’m sure they could hear it. I sent a message to the front desk … no response. Next morning no hot water … waited two hours to see if hot water would come and nothing! Sent another message to desk … nothing Checked out without issues being resolved and was told a manager would contact me within two days and if I did not hear from her, I was to call her which I did because I did not hear from her. I left a message on her voicemail and still have not heard any response back !!

The carpet in the room and hallway needs cleaning (probably needs to be replaced). Checked in on Sunday and checked out on Tuesday. There was no internet service in the room until Monday morning. Hoped to shower Monday morning but there was no hot water, so no shower. There was hot water Tuesday morning so I could shower that morning. Also found one of the room lamps had no on/off switch. Lumpy mattress, stained lamp shade and room furniture was in need of replacement,

Very disappointed. We have stayed at other Travelodge locations, we understand it is a budget option and balance our expectations accordingly. That being said, our room was not cleaned properly- used bar of soap left in the shower, used coffee cup left upside down (as if clean) next to coffee maker, which still contained used coffee pod from previous guest. No clean cups. One full size pillow and two throw pillows for 2 guests. We received a welcome text asking us to reply if we had any issues, which we did- no response.
