Bathroom was not very clean and room had a musty smell despite the AC having been set at 61 degrees Fahrenheit. Not hot outside. Should have been no moisture in the room and had to huddle under the covers until the temperature could recover.

This was a great stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was more than what i usually find for continental breakfast. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. There are shops and restaurants close by. I would stay here again.

Overall our stay was very nice, we stayed Friday-Sunday. There was a hockey team that checked in right before us, and the desk staff put us on a floor above them to help not disturb us. The staff were very accommodating, and the hotel was clean! My kiddos loved the complementary cookies when we first checked in. The breakfast was good, blueberry or regular waffles, sausage, eggs, white/wheat toast, bagels, muffins, a few different strudels, small apple cinnamon rolls, strawberry yogurt, 2 different kinds of cereal, and a few different variety packets of oatmeal, and then regular/decaf coffee, lipton tea, orange juice, apple juice, water, milk, and lemon water were the options offered during our stay. What I liked was coffee, tea and lemon water was offered all day and night long. My only complaint was the pool was nice, but a bit chilly for my liking, but the kids still had fun.

The staff was very friendly. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, there was used some left, the shower curtain needed a wipe down, some with the facial tissue holder needed a wipe down, there was someone else’s hair laying around. The toilet you have to flush twice and the fridge our room was dirty in the inside. Someone left behind vegetables and no one threw it away, and the fridge could have used a wipe down in the inside. Everything else was good

The room was clean and comfortable. The night clerk was pleasant but not helpful. I could have really used a luggage cart and there were none to be found by me. He did not offer to help. He did honor my request for a first floor room. The morning clerk clearly was not doing anything more than the minimum.

Wonderful staff! Great location when visiting Syracuse University - 14 min drive from campus. Quiet, clean, tons of shopping. Easy parking. Breakfast included. The hotel definitely needs a refresh tho-no question!

Staff were amazing I recommend this place except I saw some shady characters dealing drugs around the area. This is minor issue I had since I stayed for a week in this place! Otherwise the stay and breakfast were nice. Staff were amazing and accommodating! Cleaning lady is the best! The hotel is close to every store I love and walking distance! They have Wegmans next door, Barnes and Noble And amazing restaurants nearby! Laundromat is so cheap 10 mins from the area, Vietnamese and Indian food were delicious and bubble tea around the area! Oh and the massage the best I’ve had Thai owner! I will book again!

The room was dirty and smelled. The carpet was wet and turned my husband’s feet black when he walked on it. There were other people’s hair in the shower. I felt dirty even being in the room.

The air conditioner was very noisy in our room, kept us awake most of the night. They gave us a room overlooking the roof. We heard people coming and going all night long. The guy at the desk was useless. We went to use the pool and a child had pooped in the pool
