The neighborhood is safe with beautiful homes. The best thing is the wonderful location. Just walk a few blocks and you will find Tacoma 6th Ave neighborhood. A vibrant, thriving, walkable community. 6th Ave has the highest concentration of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, day spas and shopping in the city.
