I'm asthmatic, and the smoke was horrific in the hotel lobby, all day, every day. I couldn't go into the casino because you had to go through the smoking section to get to the nonsmoking Then the music was so loud on Friday night, didn't stop until 1 AM, which did not help that one of us had a plane to catch and had the alarm set for 3:15 AM NO SLEEP!

Quiet and very comfortable soft queen bed in a spacious room. Only 4 out of 5 stars because the hotel did not have electric charging. Odd for a resort like the Emerald.

Very nice hotel, but the closer you are to the 11th floor, fhe music is loud on fridays and Saturdays from the club music. Very hard to relax and sleep between 8pm - 1am.
