Not happy. Got to the room and AC didn’t work. The fridge didn’t work. Then when asked to switch rooms they had attitude about it and said they would send maintenance up. Would never stay there again for the price I paid and the staff’s attitude!

I don’t understand why the check-in time will be 4:00 pm, and the admin told us every hotel does that, It doesn’t make sense, 4:00pm -11:00am, customers lose at least 6 hours service.
