Great location ( road construction aside). Only points of note, after coming off the elevator and heading to the room there was a very noticeable smell of marijuana — a bit concerning on a 100% non smoking floor — but it was not noticeable in our room. The smoke detector in our room (426) was covered and taped, perhaps a remnant from a recent ceiling paint job? Would be best if it was removed so as not to interfere with the intended purpose of the unit.

We loved the hotel room it’s self , but what we did not like was there breakfast wasn’t included and we had to pay an extra $15 to park in the hotel parking which was not told when we made our reservation.

The smoke detector went off when we showered with the bathroom door open. A long time waiting for an agent at the front desk to check out. Everything else was great! Thank you. We would stay again.

Came up to Tacoma for eye surgery, this was a great place for us as it was super close to the hospital and Doctors office. It was a great room, the shower was fantastic! Bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean. Was a bit disappointed with the food downstairs and the construction going on across the street, but otherwise great stay.

The hotel itself is excellent for me. Rooms were clean. Even used the gym and it was good enough. We had a fridge and a microwave. The hallways and lobby were clean. There is a fee for parking which was stated in the description. Only downpart was the homeless people around the area. Close to the downtown area but can be sketchy at night. I would recommend this hotel for travelers. Good service and location is very convenient.

The mattress was hard as a sidewalk. We both didn't get much sleep. If you like a slab of cement for your mattress, this is the place for you. Every thing else was great. Very clean rooms. Easy check in and check out. Great gated parking

Here for the bull ride.

The room has thin walls meaning you will hear everything from talk to boot stomps. The rooms were recently renovated so they are very nice and clean, but the building is old just be aware of that.

Overpriced for what you get. Nothing is included in the room rate—breakfast and parking ($15/day) cost extra. The parking garage has leaky, duct-taped pipes, and noise is a major issue, especially from nearby train tracks and loud plumbing. The front desk staff was unfriendly, and there's a $50 incidental fee charged upfront, which takes 3–4 business days to be refunded. Overall, a disappointing and noisy stay.
