It was a good stay , friendly staff, clean room, and hotel. The hot tub was closed , but pool was open. A little noise from highway. Breakfast had good choices: cold items, hot omelette, sausage patties or bacon, breads, and cinnamon buns. Coffee and tee are available 24/7 in the lobby. Would stay again.

The hotel advertised a fraudulent room. It listed as a room with jetted tub. When we arrived we requested to see the room and the hotel checked us in. There were other customers with the same complaint at the desk with us. Reberto (pedro). Could not assist in the manner. Horrible experience seeing this is the IHG experience. I wll followup with the base housing office fir reconsideration of this establishment.

The staff were really great and kind, the only bummer thing was the pool and hot tub were out of commission and that is one of the reasons I booked here. They did let me know early in the day and tried to get us moved but there were no open rooms at other hotels as it was a cheer weekend. The areas around the place is a bit trashy but I still felt safe with my daughter and would stay here again. They even decorated the room for my birthday which was a very sweet gesture.
