Upon checking into my room I found that the jacuzzi tub I booked did not work. I only live 2 hours away and the entire reason I booked a hotel at all was to have a relaxing bubble bath after an extremely stressful day. I called the front desk and was told no one could come up to look at the room or troubleshoot the issue. I was told I could downgrade to another room or speak with a manager in the morning. I would not have booked a room at all without a jacuzzi suite so I said I would speak to the supervisor in the morning. I spent 30 minutes searching for a power box and trying to flip every switch in the place. Nothing turned on any of the lamps or the tub. I checked again this morning before leaving the room to ensure I wasn’t crazy. I came down to check out and spoke with the supervisory who was less than friendly when I brought up my concerns. She told me there was nothing she could do until a maintenance man went to confirm I wasn’t lying. I told her I was insulted and regardless, no one came to help troubleshoot and I was unable to do what I came to do. After 10 min the maintenance man returned and told her I was lying and just never turned on the light switch. My jaw was on the floor. I asked her if we could visit the room together and she told me no. She isn’t allowed to leave the front desk. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Wish I could write more.

The room itself was fine. The problem was how difficult it was to get a hold of the front desk. I made a request to specifically put my ice packs in their freezer. When my husband picked it up from the staff, not only was it not frozen it was barely cold. We needed it to keep my breast milk cold for our drive home. It's disappointing that I couldn't even file a complaint as the front desk was gone for a long period of time. It's also frustrating how the staff did not abide to the request as now my breastmilk had to go waste as it's food for my baby.

Nice at the front desk good personality. Got to my room and all I smelled was cigarettes from the last guest. In 408, moved me to room 309 once off the Elevator the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Well never go back as I’m a none smoker. When I woke the morning to leave they had sprayed the hotel hallway to cover the smell of the cigarette smell.

Upon arrival we had noticed there was hair in the bathtub, & later that evening after we had gotten back from having dinner there was a guy that wouldn’t stop knocking on our door, shirt off, clearly intoxicated, requesting to look in our room for something he had left behind. After the third time at 10pm at night we had contacted the front desk, was put on hold for over 5 mins, so I had just decided to go to the front desk. They offered to only contact security, not a change of room or anything.
