Lovely apartment with panoramic sea view on the beautiful gulf of Arma di Taggia.



The apartment consists of an entrance to the living room, open kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and a second bedroom.



The bedrooms and the kitchen have access to the terrace which allows us to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of approximately 180°.





The apartment is located next to the famous cycle path and about 80 meters from the sea.



The apartment is located in one of the quietest central neighborhoods of the city; close to all amenities such as the cycle path, bars, restaurants, markets, pedestrian area, clothing stores etc.



All this just 80 meters from the sandy beaches of Arma di Taggia.







The apartment is located on the 9th floor with a lift, however the entrance to the building has a small staircase.
