老闆人很好，民宿位置超級棒

老闆人很好，民宿位置超級棒，房間很大，只是可惜我們入住期間遇上了台南難得的寒流，回房間想要開暖氣空調的時候，空調飄出了很奇怪的臭味。可能是比較久沒人開空調的關係，但不影響整體住宿體驗，非常謝謝老闆一家人的親切照顧

簡單精緻的一間民宿，離神農街很近，如果晚上要去神農街逛逛或去小酒吧喝酒很方便，附近也有知名的鬍鬚忠牛肉湯，晚上海安路上很多吃的．停車要停在海安路的地下停車場（Ｂ１在整修記得停Ｂ２的６４號柱子，電梯上來就是水仙宮市場與神農街口），民宿大門在洗衣店跟牛肉湯的中間，多住幾天或是一家人可以利用樓下的洗衣店洗衣服也很方便

本次訂購的房型是船長室，下舖一張雙人床，上舖一張單人床，入住人數為2大2小（3歲、6歲）。網站上的價錢沒有說明多一位孩童要加價，而且多一位並沒有多提供床位或盥洗用具，然而到現場時管家說要多收250元/多1人，覺得有點不合理。廁所的馬桶容易塞住，隔壁是餐廳，導致旅館有油煙味，停車要走很遠找停車位...等等。入住的旅客要先留意這些因素。
