We stayed for four days and three nights. Everyone was very polite and greeted us warmly, which left a great impression. I was surprised to find that one of the staff members could speak Japanese. When I got injured, the staff kindly lent me bandages and disinfectant. The dryer next to the washing machine worked pretty well. It was my first trip abroad with my girlfriend, and we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much!

The customer service is exceptional! One of the best service I've had with a hotel. Very responsive with messages, personalised, friendly and helpful. Asked for early check in, no problem.
