Like I mentioned in the previous review: Cockroach in my room. Bed felt like plastic. I booked for 6 nights but left after the second night even though the rooms were non refundable. The pictures are deceiving as the hotel is more run down than in the pictures.

There's a cockroach crawling around in our room. We felt like lying on a piece of plastic (the bed). The staff wasn't particularly helpful or friendly.

Good price and comfy room

Overall it was good but the room seem a bit smelly from cigarettes smoke from precious tenant. But that's Asia for you.. But the room was comfy and customer service from the staff was great. I may return in the future.

Terrible experience with this hotel.

This is hotel is smelly n full of cheap perfume smell. I could hardly breathe. The interior decoration is old not like the pictures on Expedia. Don't be fooled by them. I decided not to check in even I had to pay for it. Very very bad!

The hotel was great, only few downsides are the distance from the station, the carpet on the hotel room floor and that's about it. Breakfast was simple but filling. Staffs were generally nice.

Clean hotel

Station was quite a distance, room was big but staff could barely understand english. Overall it was okay as there is drinks and food store around. Breakfast provided was very limited and the same everyday.

Long Distance to MRT

Front desk not as shown in the images. Entered the room and the first channel showed was obsence. Most staffs are friendly except one. Super long walking distance to the nearest MRT, so take a cab from the nearest MRT back to the hotel, or vice versa, is advisable. Buses are available in the daytime, but if you're heading out until late evening there will be no buses available from the nearest MRT back to the hotel. It's either you break your legs or purse during your stay there. Breakfast are the same everyday, tasted so-so, only had it 2x during my 12 days stay. Nothing much in the surrounding though, except that it's near a MacDonald. No convenient stores nearby so grab your drinks and snacks along the 7-11 near the train station while your strolled back. Room can be cleaned everyday upon request. Bed and furniture in the room are rather old, but the clean new toilet and bathtub made up for it as I guessed it was newly renovated. Bed was hard and feathers flown out bedsheet. Exceeded my check-out timing by 5 mins and they repeatedly called the room to rush me. Overall is good if you're looking for a cheap (though not really cheap) stay. I won't book this hotel again though due to its inconvenience and besides the awe bathroom, nothing else quite amazes me within the hotel.
