The hotel is conveniently located with many eateries, shops, convenient stores around. It is also a short distance to train station. The hotel is generally clean. However, the housekeeping is bad as we had eye lashes left behind from previous guest when we checked in. The glass top table is also very dusty. The q-tip I dropped on the floor first day was not removered thru-out our 6 days stay. The staff are not well trained to handle guest's request. Just gave us a blunt reject with a cold expression. Even when we asked for just 2 extra packets of instant coffee because we ran out. A reasonably priced hotel with no service.

Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay. Close to main station with walkable distance. Spacious room. There was occasionally heard of water pipe noise but acceptable. Have to be careful when going in / out of the bath tub which is a bit risky of slip. Would be better if have handle. The bed is firm with great support with nice sleep

Neat hotel located close to the Taipei main station. The bath tub was a bit too small, and the AC temperature wasn't controllable (it was central-control) but other than that I liked everything about it with the clean room and nice breakfast, and kind staffs.

Great location and friendly staff

The location was great as it is close to taipei main stn. Staff tried their best to get my room ready for an early checkin as i arrived very early. Very nice friendly staff and clean hotel.

Few minutes walk to MRT to Tao Yuan airport. Rooms nice and clean but too cold and they didn’t have a heater. (We should have asked for another blanket!) lots of massage places nearby. However our bathroom had a leak which they ofc couldn’t fix at 1am. Also rooms quite expensive compared to other Taipei station hotels but we had to use the Vouchers we won so no choice. Room was v dim too, very hard to read, they should put more lights. They also didn’t have a ramp for us to roll our luggages up the step into lobby

Good value for money, but 2 downsides.

Great location and nice cleanliness. Walking distance to both Taipei train station and Ximen area. Very convenient. I do have two things I have to mention. There is no control of temperature in the room — only on and off for the AC and heat system, which also mean the room will probably be too cold for the winter and too warm for the summer. Also there are simply not enough outlet for plug in, and the USB doesn’t work. Other than those two points, a perfect place to stay.

Location was convenient and near Taipei Main Station. Every other thing is not good. There is no heating at this hotel, its very cold in the room so if its not summer, DO NOT choose this hotel. The toilet is mouldy and ventilation is poor. The reason they give for this is the air condition needs to be centralised as the hotel needs to be kept dry. Also the cleaning service are very poor. It does seem the room has not been vacuum properly. But service staff are polite but they cant do much, the hotel management should really look into refurbishments. Not acceptable.
