The hotel is definitely 4-5 stars but location is inconvenient if you want to use public transportation such as bus or MRT, but the free shuttle to the MRT was a plus when we learned of the service. The check in staff did not mention this service was available. Breakfast buffet was below standard for 4-5 star hotel. It was also expensive with limited options for the price.

Pros: very clean hotel. Staffs are polite and helpful. Room was very large for 2 pax. Cons: far from nearest MRT. There is only a one way free shuttle the hotel provides to the MRT. And it will take more than 15mins walking from MRT to hotel. Nearby areas lack of restaurants/cafes or shop options. Room is also not soundproof. We could hear neighboring noises in hallways and in the rooms.

Great hotel and excellent staff! The only drawback is the location, which is a bit far from the MRT stations. Good thing there is a taxi stand in the front. Love the pool and spa and look forward to my next stay.

Lovely hotel

From arrival to departure, the experience was seamless. The warm, professional staff made check-in effortless, while the elegant lobby set a welcoming tone. My spacious, spotless room was thoughtfully designed, with a plush bed for restful nights and amenities that balanced comfort and productivity. The wellness facilities stood out—an inviting outdoor pool, a well-equipped gym, and a spa with a sauna and steam room for ultimate relaxation. The breakfast buffet’s diverse selection of Western and Asian cuisine surpassed expectations, making each morning a delight. Dinner, however, was VERY expensive so we ate out instead.
